AutoBase RMVT Retail Sellers

• If you have loaded any information onto the site, it is your responsibility to ensure it's accuracy and update the information as required.

• If you are advertising on Trade Me through AutoBase you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of use of the Trade Me web site. AutoBase will use its best efforts to communicate these obligations to you and to work with you to remedy any breach that may occur. Trade Me reserves the right to refuse listing vehicles for any RMVT dealer who breaches those Terms and Conditions.

• You hold AutoBase harmless from any and all liabilities and obligations arising from the availability or non availability of this web site or the information displayed on it.

• You accept any applicable laws and tariffs. If you do not want to accept them or any part of them, you must advise us of your non-acceptance and not carry on with any use of AutoBase material or internet site, service or product.

AutoBase Wholesale Users

• As a registered user, it is expected by AutoBase and it's suppliers that you are a current Registered Motor Vehicle Trader in New Zealand (unless your are otherwise authorised by AutoBase and all other rules, laws and other requirements apply) and adhere to and operate within all rules, laws and other governing identities that surround operating as a Registered Motor Vehicle Trader or other entity operating within this internet site in New Zealand and the country you operate from.

• You agree that as a registered user you have the authorisation to enter into an agreement to operate your account and agree to purchase or offer for sale or both, vehicles (or any other item) using AutoBase Wholesale.

• You agree that as either a buyer or seller or both you will remain anonymous at all times and all transactions will only occur through AutoBase Wholesale and should you attempt to contact any buyer and/or seller directly your account will be terminated.

• You agree that all communication between you and the seller/buyer will happen through the "Make an Offer" or "Buy Now" facility (or any other facility offered by AutoBase) until the point that an Offer or Buy Now is accepted.

• You will not exchange any form of contact information with the Seller whilst the Buy Now or Make an Offer process is in progress.

• You agree to operate your account with the best possible intentions and offer products and/or services in a manner that is within any policy or operating procedure expected by AutoBase and discussed or advised to you as an AutoBase client. If you do not believe the AutoBase has discussed or advised these expectations with you then it is your responsibility to contact AutoBase and request this information.
